The process is to import Hino Fixed Prices for Sime Darby Commercial

1. SDC IT will send the files SBMLA.xlsx, SBMLU.xlsx , SBMHD.xlsx and SBMPA.xlsx

You need to send a Quotation for 0.5 Hrs and get an Order number

They extract the files from SO>Hino>Rep Gen>D58, D60, D61, D62, which creates above 4 files

2. Make a backup of existing files.

3. All 4 files can be viewed here if required.

MS>ZZ>General utilities>Autoline utilities>MS file viewer

4. Check each file emailed to systime by opening for any errors, such as blank fields, then convert to CSV format as follows.

SBMPA > MENU_PTS.CSV

SBMHD > MENU_HDR.CSV

SBMLA > MENU_LAB.CSV

SBMLU > MENU_LUP.CSV

5. Save the CSV files in C:\rev8work in X Drive

6. Go into System Utilities > Advance System Admin > Ascii import menu > import and update

Select each option to update different files

SBMPA > MENU_PTS.CSV (Menu Parts)

Click Execute

Do the same for balance 3 files

SBMHD > MENU_HDR.CSV (Menus Header)

SBMLA > MENU_LAB.CSV (Menus Labour)

SBMLU > MENU_LUP.CSV (Menus Lookup)
